List Building to Wealth

List building to wealth; it is the most important work to your online business. Let me ask you this question; when you sign up for a list to get a newsletter, tips, or the information that you sign up for; are you more likely to open that e-mail, than an e-mail from an unknown sender? The list you joined if they don’t build a relationship and give you useful information are you going to unsubscribe, or not read them anymore?

 

If you’ve been online for any time at all, you know about the benefit of having a list; and most networkers or marketers handle their list in the same way as you do. So you are cultivating your list bulding to wealth by sending e-mails that build relationships offering useful information; and sometimes sell a product that will help your customers; then your customers are more likely to open your e-mail than others they do not know who it came from. The one problem with buying safe lists is that you don’t know how many peoplehave bought the same safe list; that means that list may get a hundred e-mails from a hundred people they do not know. How many would open those e-mails or would they just delete them all?

 

Developing your own list building to wealth.

 

The question most people would ask is how would you do it? You will need a website, and not all of them have to be fancy, the truth is sometimes the more simple websites do better than the fancy ones. You are just setting up a landing page for your visitors and you may be giving something away so they need to leave their name and e-mail address to join your list.

 

You must have an auto responder account. An auto responder is what delivers messages to the people that have are giving you their name and e-mail address; these two things are also used to build relationships with potential customers. Then you are list building to wealth.

 

You want your e-mails to be informative with useful information so people will want to continue to read them. The more useful the information the more the people look forward to getting your e-mails as you send them. And if your information is not good they will probably not open you e-mails to read them, they may even unsubscribe from your list.

 

You will not build a huge list overnight you must be patient. As you are building your list to wealth and developing relationships with your customers your business grows. But the real secret is building a long-term relationship so your customers are repeat buyers.

 

Most auto responder companies use double opt in and that is very important to stop spam complaints. There are still one or two out there that offer a single opt in, but double opt in is really the way to go. This will ensure that everyone that subscribes to your list has to do it to a confirmation link in which helps with all the anti-spam laws, and make sure customers feel better about your list.

 

I recommend not buying a safe list. Is it worth the one time mailing to get your website suspended for spam activity? Don’t do it! Build your own high-quality list and develop a strong relationship with those leads and customers. This is the way I do my List Building to Wealth.

Money is a symbol, but for many people, money = rich. Rich is loads of money, but wealth is totally different. You see, winning the lottery makes you rich, but it does not in no way make you wealthy!

Knowing the principles of wealth will always serve you. How is it that men such as Donald Trump can come to a point near to bankruptcy and still turn richer than before, and how others can actually go from poverty, no home, and no money, into some of the richest people on Earth? No doubt mindset has a big part to play, but it is also the principles as well.

The wealth principles are same as they always been. So knowing things like compound interest will serve you in relationships as well as with money. Knowing that more harmonious your interactions are with others, will allow you to have more harmony in the world; likewise good and regular investment into savings or other wealth building strategies and techniques will make you wealthy.

* Passive Wealth And Active Wealth
There are 2 types of wealth building principle. One is passive wealth and active wealth. One requires money, while the other requires time. So we have a general formula:

Passive Wealth = Money
Active Wealth = Time

Passive wealth could be thought of as a bank account that pays high interest. You add the money, and passively it grows. You can look back in 10 years and find that constant addition made you a nice growing wealth.

Active wealth can be thought of as something that needs your attention. More attention, the more likely the interest you receive. Yes a high yielding savings account needs your attention when adding money, however it is very small time needed. Your interest you receive is likewise small. In a home business, you need to add time, and effort, this investment ends up yielding people around 30% a year (at least in direct mail, I have found).

* Investment Strategies To Become Wealthy
You need to have a balance of both. Having passive wealth strategies is great; the only problem is that you need money. Everyone starts from nothing and has to grow there own personal wealth. The majority leaves the passive wealth strategy for decades, and likewise wealth is a foreign term!

When you utilize such an old wealth strategy as save 10% and get wealthy, you get exactly that, you get wealthy. When you have a business, and work to make it a success, you get wealthy.

There are so many strategies and tactics. There are real estate, high yielding savings accounts in Switzerland, and MLM. There are HYIP programs that say they will make you wealthy, and of course the stock exchange. They all need to be known by you, you need to create a strategy based on your needs. And remember to always add to them.

The Road to Success




As I continue my journey through the wonderful world of Network Marketing I am being exposed to new ideas all the time. Probably one of the most difficult notions to wrap my head around is that Network Marketing is NOT about selling.
What?!!! You’re probably thinking to yourself that I’ve gone off the deep end. But, I have come to believe in this principle just as strongly as I believe that the earth is round. I’ve recently made contact with a Network Marketer who has years of experience, has done everything I’ve heard of and more, has probably made all the mistakes I’ve made, plus a few that haven’t even occurred to me yet.
The core concept is that Network Marketing is all about relationships. Not the products. Not the company. What you REALLY need to be selling is yourself. And if you’re going to be selling yourself, you better make sure that you’re worth the investment.
The most bizarre aspect of this program is that it is free. Really. I’ve been involved in the program for several weeks, and nobody has tried to sell me anything. In fact, I don’t even know what MLM my mentor is involved with. I get the material, dial into the training calls, ask questions, and actually get answers. It is interactive training, so the participants (even the newbies like me) are asked for their opinions.
To be honest, the whole thing is still a little strange to me. I’ve become accustomed to every contact I have with a Network Marketer, especially my uplines in the MLM’s I’m involved with, to be about money. I have to spend more money to make more money. Don’t I want more money? What have I done today to make more money? If I make more money, I’ll be happier!
Now I’m being taught that if I’m happier, I’ll make more money. Makes sense in a weird sort of way.
This is a free mentoring program. There are multiple sessions held throughout the week so that everyone can have the opportunity to participate regardless of their schedule. The calls cover a variety of subjects: how to talk to prospects in a manner that will make them comfortable, how to evaluate compensation plans, lead generation techniques, and various other topics that pertain to life in general:but all applicable to Network Marketing.
The philosophy is that it is not your fault if you’re failing in your MLM. You simply haven’t received any training in the basic skills. The foundation for the training provided addresses the following crucial areas:
The concept that the overwhelming majority of the population is sales resistant, so trying to sell products or services with a lot of hype is going to meet with very limited success.
